KONSTRUKCIJA d.o.o., Podgorica is a local structural and civil engineering consulting firm providing services to architects, engineers, contractors, developers, governmental entities, industries and institutions.

It has been founded in 2008. by the founder and the own­er prof. Nebojsa Djuranovic, who is now managing and directing the company operations.

The company is registered at the Commercial Court of Podgorica, Montenegro.

Professor Djuranovic is an experienced structural engineer, whose 21 years of experience and a number of REFERENCES qualify him and his company for a number of tasks, including tasks of Lead designer, structural design engineer; FIDIC ENGINEER; supervisor, auditor, engineer for tender and contract procedures, technical and financial evaluation/assessment, cost control and billing analysis, site and design office management, design assessment/revision and similar. He worked on projects that also included coordinating designers of different kind, preparation of design briefs, obtaining Building and Use permits etc. He is multi-lingual and has worked in the UK (England), former Yugoslavia and now Montenegro. Amongst other, he has almost 13 years of experience working in different European Union/member state financed teams and projects, on a number of multi-disciplinary small and large engineering projects. He also provided freelance based consultant services for a number of other international engineering companies and donors, including GPM Consulting, Macedonia; Agriconsulting Europe Consortium – Femconsult, Belgium; Safege, France; Tebodin, Belgium; iC Consulenten, Austria; COOPI, Italy; Cooperazione Italiana, Italy; CASE, UK; etc - always on project-related fixed-term contracts. He is familiar with local and international project environment including EuropeAid Conditions of Contract (works), World Bank and FIDIC contract management documents and its administration.
